The God of Oricalcos was beaten and to reborn him he musted to collected strong souls.

When Raphael was small he has lost his family, when he and his family celebrate his birthday on a ship. Suddenly a storm wrecked the ship and all except him died.
After some years Dartz came to him and told him that he was his destiny to join him to save the world. So he became one of the "Three Swordsmen of Doma".
He wears the Oricalcos stone, which he has got from Dartz, as necklace around his neck.

When he was twelve he lived in a town with his little brother during the war time. His little brother Miiruko was killed by a war machine of the Kaiba Corporation. So he wanted to take revenge at Kaiba Seto, who was the new president of Kaiba Corporation.
He joined Dartz, who told him this story and became like Raphael one of the "Three Swordsmen of Doma" too.
He wears his Oricalcos stone, which he has got from Dartz, as necklace around his neck like Raphael.

Varon used to be an orphan, who lived in a church. His mother was a nun, who told him not to fight, what he has done all the time.
One day the chruch in which he used to live was under fire and the nun died. He thinks that it was the groupand killed the members of the group in the battle which is the reason why Varon ended up in the prison.
He began to fight with other prisoners and guards too. One day the head said that he would let him go, when he would beat all prisoners in the game Duel Monsters. With the power of Oricalcos he won all duels and sealed his enemies. Then he met Dartz and so he became also one of the "Three Swordsmen of Doma".
The Oricalcos stone is inplanted in a ring.
