Name: Magno Vivan
Job: Commander, Nirvana
Mecha: Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Kyoda Hisako
Addressed as "Okashira" (boss) by Mejale pirates and "Baa-san" (old lady) by Hibiki, she is the head of pirates. Actually she founded the Mejale pirates, a rebel crew that emerged from the bad system of Mejale. Mejale, as a planet only inhabited by women, took for granted the lower classes; for women are known for their 'vanity' everyone competed and wanted to look better than each other. As a result, Mejale is an overdecorated planet, unnecessarily flashy and beautiful. Because of over consumption of energy, the poor residential areas were forced to close, and one of those who lived there is Magno Vivan. After then, she gathered women with false or lost hopes and made them pirates, space thieves that take their resource from Tarak and Metale |

Name: Barnet Orangello
Job: pirate & pilot
Japanese Voice:
Neya Michiko
A pilot of Mejale pirates, who's always with her best friend Jura. Barnette has a tendancy to be impatient and impulsive, and so it is no surprise that she reacts to the men on the Nirvana with barely hidden distaste. However, she eventually must learn that in order to be victorius over the Harvest fleet she has to learn to work with everyone else to accomplish a common goal. |

Japanese Voice:
Asano Mayumi

Name: Parfet Balblair
Job: Chief Engineer, Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Toyoguchi Megumi
The Nirvana's Chief Engineer, Parfet is skilled with machinery and electronics, and maintains the ship's systems effectively. Never seen without her large, round spectacles, Parfet is inquisitive, intelligent, and sociable. She enjoys tinkering with Pyoro, and has even gone as far as forging a tenuous friendship with Duero Mcfile, the male doctor on board the ship - though her feelings could eventually be possibly considered as more than just platonic.
Parfait works to know more about the Nirvana's mysterious and sentient power source, the Pexis Plagma, and even though she doesn't participate in any actual fighting, she and the crew under her (similarly bespectacled) are a vital part of the Nirvana's well-being. She is also fascinated by any new mecha, and loves to find out about it. The modified Dreads and Vandreads are a perfect opportunity for Parfet to learn more about mechanics.

Name: Paiway Underberg
Job: Nurse
Japanese Voice:
Ishige Sawa
The youngest member and the nurse of Mejale pirates. She likes checking on people and starting rumors. She always carries around with her a frog puppet Kero-chan and a kamera. Even though Paiway acts mature, there are times when she still acts like a small child. In times like this, she is able to rely on the rest of the crew for support, especially for Dita and Duero, who she considers herself close to. Despite her eccentricities, however, Paiway is a very effective doctor. |

Name: Buzam A Calessa / BC
Job: Vice chief of Mejale Pirates
Japanese Voice:
Soumi Yoko
Buzam, more commonly known as B.C., is the Nirvana's vice-commander. A tough talker, always seen with one hand on her hip, she's both physically imposing and extremely intelligent. She's almost as good a thinker as Magno, which makes her a good foil for the captain. She's not unsociable, but she's very quiet and reserved. B.C. only speaks when things need to be said. She takes her role as sub-commander very seriously, and could even be considered something of an workoholic as she hardly, if ever, takes a break from her work. As the Vice-Commander, Buzam is hardly in the thick of battle with the crew. However, she is still able to operate a bridge station if the need arises, and she is decidedly dangerous in melee combat, due to her skill with the whip. |

Name: Pyoro
Japanese Voice:
Iwata Mitsuo
A navigation robot from Tarak, assigned as a cell guard. This robot guarded Hibiki Tokai when he was caught red-handed for stealing a Bangata. But in the midst of the commotion between Mejale Pirates and Tarak soldiers, this robot got disfunctioned when trying to identify Hibiki's identity. Hibiki was set free and took the disfunctioning robot with him (working with mechs, he sympathized the poor robot). In the control system room, the Pexis Plagma reacted to the incoming danger and absorbed Hibiki along with the robot. When the robot woke up, it grew hands and feet, and developed emotions. Parfet developed interest in this robot that has the ability to synchronize with Pexis Plagma and even gave it a name Pyoro, because the robot always ends its sentence with "pyoro." Interestingly, Pyoro grew attached with humans and wants to be one. |

Name: Misty Cornwell
Job: Operator in training
Japanese Voice:
Moyu Arishima
Misty is a young girl that was cryogenically frozen 63 years ago and placed in a pod to be sent out into space. She is found and saved from the "Harvest" fleet by the Nirvana and its crew. Upon awakening, she sees Hibiki and immediately declares him her "prince" for saving her, much to Dita's anger and everyone else's surprise. Misty seems to know about men and women living together, and therefore seems to know terms that the other females on the ship are not familiar with (such as "boyfriend"). While she spends much of her time trying to get Hibiki to fall for her, she also wants to know why she was placed in the pod as well as where she comes from - things that she has no memory of. |

 |
Name: Belvedere Coco
Job: Operator, Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Yuki Masuda
American Voice: Michelle Ruff
Belvedere is part of the bridge crew, and helps to handle operations. She is definitely a vital part of the crew and helps to be Magno's as well as the pilot's eyes and ears out in battles. Not much else is known about her, although she seems to know a couple rumors about men that the others do not. |

 |
Name: Rabat
Job: Space Merchant
Japanese Voice:
Ishizuka Unshou
Not much is known about this spacebound merchant. He's not exactly on good terms with the Nirvana-- they're willing to trade with him, but he seems to know a lot more than he's letting on about the aliens pursuing the Nirvana, and about men and women in general. To complicate things, he's constantly at odds with Hibiki, and puts him down at every opportunity he gets, saying that Hibiki isn't being a real man, and choosing not to use "his own words". Rabat uses his trickster skills to get around, especially where the Nirvana is concerned. He seems to have a very carefree attitude, although there seems to be something that he's hiding about himself that makes him a more serious (and therefore more dangerous) man to those he encounters. |

Name: Celtic Midori
Job: Operator, Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Wakabayashi Naomi
Celtic is one of the bridge crew of the Nirvana, working at Operations to act as the eyes and ears for both the captain and the pilots out in space. Celtic was, at first, so afraid of the men that she wore a giant bear suit in order to avoid direct contact or even breathing the same air as them. When she accidentally came in contact with Bart, Celtic finally had to take the bear suit off. As her tolerance for men increases, Celtic eventually leaves the bear suit off, opting to use some of the many outfits at her disposal instead. It is very rare to see Celtic in the same outfit twice. |

Name: Ezra Vieil
Job: Communication Operator, Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Ohara Sayaka
American Voice: Ellen Wilkinson
Ezra is a part of the bridge crew of the Nirvana, and she is an operator, although most of her work appears to surround communications. Ezra is kind and cheerful, and always seems to be able to cheer people up with her kindness. She also agreed to be a Fama, and is pregnant throughout much of the series, displaying symptoms that seem to be a mystery to the men on the Nirvana. Ezra's kindness is repaid to her when she has her baby, as the crew all help her through bringing her child into the world. Although it is difficult for her at times to be a mother, Ezra tries her best in order to care for the baby and make sure that her "Ohma" is proud of her. Pyoro wants her baby to be named as Pyoro ni-chan (Pyoro II), but she does not like that and named the baby Kalua-chan instead. |

 |
Name: Amarone Slantheav
Job: Operator, Nirvana
Occupation: Operator, Nirvana
Japanese Voice:
Shiho Kikuchi
Amarone is one of the bridge crew's operators, acting as the eyes and ears for the captain as well as the pilots out in space. Not much else is known about her, although she tends to associate with her fellow bridge operators (Belvedere and Celtic) more than anyone else on the ship. |

 |
Name: Utan
Japanese Voice: Kujira
American Voice: Ron Allen
Utan is the space merchant Rabat's companion in his travels. Always at his side, Utan is extremely jealous of any female that has a close relationship to her companion. Even though Utan seems to be only good for a laugh at first, she is actually very useful when it comes to combat. She is able to pilot a robot and let loose with a flurry of missiles and attacks - however this depletes the ammunition on Rabat's ship severely, causing him to have to buy large amounts of ammo to replace it. Utan has a special affection for Pyoro for some reason, and chases Pyoro around whenever she is near him to try to catch him. |
