First appearence is an old lady, who lives isolated from the city to think about alchemy. Later she takes the body of a young woman and you find out, that she is in reality the true enemy, who wants the Philosopher Stone, which she desires for eternal life.

Japanese Voice: Yuko Sato

Lust was originally the lover of Scar's brother back in Ishbal. When she died her lover attempted to ressurect her via human transmutation, strictly forbidden by alchemic law, and failed. She was then brought to the form that she currently appears in through the red stone, given to her by another homunculous, or possibly Dante or Honenhiem. She wishes to become human again.

Japanese Voice: Yasuhiro Takato

Gluttony is a homunculous, or a failed attempt at alchemic human transmutation. He is part of a group of homunculi named after the seven deadly sins. His origins are unknown. His saliva is a highly dangerous acid allowing him to eat through everything, which he does. He follows Lust about and does anything she tells him to, or not to. He has the mentality of an extremely vicious young child and may see Lust as a mother figure of sorts.

Japanese Voice: Mayumi Yamaguchi

Envy was the son of Dante and Hoenheim, and died of mercury poisoning when he was 18. This makes him the half-brother of Edward and Alphonse. Despite the family relation, Envy hates the two because they got what he wanted. Envy came back as a homunculus when Hoenheim recreated him and abandoned the newly made homunculus. Envy was the first created human made. His power is to shape shift into anything he wants. The form he mostly is in is that of a 18-year-old boy with long, green hair and violet eyes.

Japanese Voice: Yoshino Takamori

Sloth is the most recently created Homunculus in the anime. She assumed the identity of Colonel Juliet Douglas, a soldier who was said to have sparked the Ishbal War by killing an unarmed Ishbal child. Because Maes Hughes found this out he was murdered by the Homunculi to ensure the secret would never be revealed. Through manipulation and plotting with Pride, she became his secretary. Sloth can control the color and pressure of her body or can perform some form of self-transmutation that converts her aqueous body into flesh and blood. She was created by the Elric brothers when they tried to resurrect their mother, Trisha Elric.

Japanese Voice: Junichi Suwabe

Greed is the second oldest of the Homunculi, younger than Envy. He was created by Dante through an attempted human transmutation of one of her former lovers. Greed and Envy became bitter rivals, probably due to their connections to Dante. Calling himself the "Ultimate Shield", he is able to make himself impervious to harm by rearranging the bonds between the carbon atoms in his body and changing his skin into an unnamed carbon-based substance (presumably black diamond), giving him the appearance of a black-skinned demon while in his true form. In terms of attitude Greed carries himself as a rather slick character, a ladies' man and all-around arrogant fellow.

Name: Zolf J. Kimblee

Japanese Voice: Yuji Ueda

Major Zolf J. Kimblee (the Crimson Alchemist) is an ex-war criminal and a veteran of the Ishbal War. His alchemy title refers to his use of sulfur in the human body to create explosive fluids, turning people into living bombs. A sick, sadistic and perverse man, Kimblee loved to kill numerous civilians, women, and children just to hear the sound of them exploding, with the nihilistic view that human lives - even his own - were without substance and therefore worthless.

Name: Wrath

Japanese Voice: Nana Mizuki

Wrath is the second youngest Homunculus. With the appearance of a seven to eleven year-old child, he has the ability to fuse his body's form with other objects, whether or not the objects are organic. He possesses the exceptional ability to perform alchemy (unlike the other Homunculi), and is unusual even among most alchemists in that he can transmute without a transmutation circle. He can do this because of his right arm and left leg, which originally belonged to Edward Elric. In one instance, He has also the ability to stretch his Homunculus limbs to great lengths.
