Rei stayed by Takao with his other friends, but when the new World Championship was about to start he went back to his old team called White Tiger X. He thinks that he could be more succesful there.

Kai stayed at Takao's side too, but after the tournament he went to Yuri's team, which is called Neo Borgs. His goal was to defeat Takao in the World Championship to become the best Beyblader in the world. By the way he has become a big friend to animals and is very popular under the dogs and cats.
